Terms and Conditions for Issuing a Loyalty Card
General
1.1. LILI DROGERIE
SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME (hereinafter the Company), in order to
reward the preference and trust it enjoys from its customers, has created
the LILI LOYALTY CARD program to offer them privileges and discounts.
The terms below govern the operation of the LILI LOYALTY CARD program.
1.2. The successful submission of
the physical application form and receipt of the membership card certifies that
the applicant has been clearly informed of and fully and unreservedly accepts
the following terms.
Right to Register
1.3. All active and prospective
customers of LILI stores who have reached the age of 18 (hereinafter member or
cardholder) are eligible to participate in the LILI LOYALTY CARD program.
1.4. Each card is and remains the
property of the Company, and the cardholder is obliged to return it upon the
Company’s first request.
1.5. To apply for the issuance of
a LILI LOYALTY CARD, any natural person must complete the relevant physical
application form, fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*),
sign at the end, state the date of completion, and accept the present terms as
well as the terms regarding the processing of their personal data.
1.6. By completing the
application, the member guarantees that the information provided is true and
accurate and that they have not provided information that does not belong to
them. In case of submitting false information, the member is liable to the Company
for any resulting damages.
1.7. Each natural person is
entitled to only one card. If more than one card is found to belong to the same
person, the Company has the right to deactivate one or more of them.
Benefits from Obtaining a Membership
Card
1.8. Upon successful completion
of the application and its submission to the Company, the customer will
immediately receive their LILI LOYALTY CARD. The member may use the card
immediately for the collection of points only.
1.9. The acquisition of points
will be recorded electronically using equipment located within LILI stores.
1.10. Collection and Redemption of
Points
Holders of the LILI LOYALTY CARD may collect points with every purchase of
products participating in the rewards program. Each month, different products
may offer the opportunity to collect points depending on the Company’s
commercial policy and promotional activities.
For every one (1) point collected by
the cardholder, an equivalent value of €0.01 (one cent) is added to the
member’s rewards account. Points are collected automatically upon purchase of
eligible products, provided the card is presented at the checkout before the
transaction is completed.
Point redemption is possible once the
member has collected at least 250 points, corresponding to a €2.50
discount on the purchase value. Redemption takes place at the checkout
upon the cardholder’s request and provided the minimum balance requirement is
met.
In addition to earning and redeeming
points, holders of the LILI LOYALTY CARD enjoy extra benefits such as:
- exclusive discounts on selected
products,
- special member-only offers,
- participation in competitions,
- access to personalized promotions
and rewards.
The Company reserves the right to
modify or update the products participating in the points program, as well as
the terms of point collection and redemption, always with the goal of ensuring
the best customer experience.
Other Terms
1.11. The membership card is
neither a credit nor a debit card.
1.12. The membership card is
strictly personal and cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party. The
member must keep it safe and in good condition.
1.13. Use of the LILI LOYALTY
CARD is limited to the Company’s stores.
1.14. The member must immediately
notify the Company in writing of any changes to the information provided in the
application.
1.15. The Company has the right
to unilaterally terminate this agreement and cancel the card if the cardholder
violates any of these terms — all of which are considered essential — or if any
other important reason exists. In any case of termination and cancellation, the
member must immediately stop using the card and return it to the Company.
1.16. After each transaction, the
member is required to check the accuracy and correctness of the receipt issued
by the employee. The Company bears no obligation or liability towards the
member for any failure or inaccurate performance of obligations by the stores
participating in the LILI LOYALTY CARD program.
1.17. The Company reserves the
right to delete points associated with LILI LOYALTY CARDS that have had no
redemptions within the last 12 months or to cancel cards that remain inactive
for more than 12 months.
1.18. The member must immediately
notify the Company in writing at loyalty@lilidrogerie.gr if the card
is stolen, damaged, or lost. In case of unlawful use or use contrary to these
terms, the member is liable for any damages until they notify the Company.
Points accumulated up to that time will automatically be transferred to the new
card, if a replacement is required. The old card is deactivated.
The member must also notify the
Company in writing at loyalty@lilidrogerie.gr if they wish to cancel
their card for any reason. Points accumulated up to that moment will be lost.
