Policy on CVs

The company LILI DROGERIE SINGLE MEMBER SA (hereinafter “LILI DROGERIE”), fully respecting the protection of the right to privacy, and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of  the European Parliament and of the Council, the national laws, the decisions/instructions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority and the other National and European competent Authorities, would like to inform its employee candidates about the manner in which their personal data (included in their CVs and/or any applications that are submitted to cover job vacancies), are being processed.

1. The submission of your CV is done on your own responsibility. Upon submitting your CV, you declare that all information included are true and accurate.
2. All information included in your CV, as well as any personal information that you disclose to us upon submission are classified as personal data, according to the Article 4 GDPR (from now on being called “personal data”).
3. By submitting your CV and your candidacy for covering a job vacancy, you explicitly agree on the collection and the processing of your personal data.
4. LILI DROGERIE collects and processes your personal data exclusively for the purpose of evaluation for the coverage of a vacancy that you applied for.
5. LILI DROGERIE (Eleftheriou Venizelou 28-32, 14231, Nea Ionia, Attica) is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
6. Access to your personal data is only granted to LILI DROGERIE’s authorized personnel that has been entrusted with the management of CVs and is committed to confidentiality and implementation of proper techniques and organizational measures, with no right to use any data for their own benefit.
7. After the end of the procedure of covering the position that you applied your candidacy for, your personal data are deleted from our system and our archive.
8. Exceptionally, LILI DROGERIE can maintain your personal data no longer than two years, for the purpose of future searching for a position, under the condition that  you agree explicitly (e.g. in writing by email)
9. Our contact with you will be made via email, telephone or post mail, in the contact details that you disclosed to us upon submitting your CV.
10. You have the right at any moment to:
    1. receive clear, transparent and easy to understand information regarding the way that we process your personal data,
    2. be granted access and receive a copy of your personal data that LILI DROGERIE maintains,
    3. request the correction of any inaccuracies in your personal data, provided  they are incorrect or out of date now, and/or correct them if they are incomplete,
    4. request the deletion of personal data relating to you, if such information is no more needed for the purpose they were selected for
    5. exercise your right to restrict the processing of your personal data, their portability and the objection to their processing,
    6. to withdraw your consent in processing your personal data, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawl and
    7. file a complaint before the Authority for Protection of Personal Data.
11. For exercising of the rights above,  submitting of questions, complaints and concerns, as well as providing of any clarifications regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us by sending an email in the email address info@lilidrogerie.gr or a letter at 28-32, Eleftheriou Venizelou str., 14231, Nea Ionia, Attica.
12. The processing of your personal data is conducted in accordance to the terms of this policy and governed by the national legislation in effect, as it is shaped by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/ΕU and the national and European legal framework in effect for the protection of personal data.
13. This Policy is amended when necessary and the last updated Policy is published on the website of LILLY DROGERIE.
