Apply a small amount of product to a cotton pad, press lightly and hold the cotton pad on the eyelids for a few seconds to break up the makeup and make it easy to remove. Gently wipe the eyelids with movements from the inside out and then the eyelashes from top to bottom (root - tip). Continue by cleaning the lower eyelid with a movement from the outside in and back out. For external use only
