Rom&nd Glasting Water Tint is a moisturizing lip tint that creates a glossy, dewy finish on the lips with long-lasting color – without feeling sticky! The lip tint almost locks the pigment onto the lips, creating a separate glassy film over the color, beautifully reflecting light from every angle. The tint has a light, deliciously sweet scent, and it feels lightweight and comfortable on the lips. Enjoy deeply moisturized lips all day long.

How to use: Apply the lip tint all over the lips – or just on the inner part of the lips to create a gradient effect. Layer as desired.
