Terms and Conditions for Issuing a Loyalty Card

TERMS OF ENROLLMENT

LILI DROGERIE SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME (hereinafter referred to as "LILI DROGERIE"), with the aim of rewarding the preference and trust of its customers, has created the LILI LOYALTY Program, in order to provide its members with benefits, offers, discounts, and personalized promotions.

To enroll in the LILI LOYALTY Program through the online store (e-shop), the customer completes the required fields marked with an asterisk (*), accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the Personal Data Processing Terms, and completes the electronic registration process.

Upon completion of the registration process, the customer's member account is either created or linked to the LILI LOYALTY Program, allowing the member to enjoy the program benefits both in the online store and in LILI DROGERIE physical stores.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

LILI DROGERIE respects the privacy of its customers and, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the applicable national legislation, and the guidelines of the competent authorities, informs members of the LILI LOYALTY Program about the processing of their personal data.

  1. Participation in the LILI LOYALTY Program requires and includes the processing of personal data as described herein.
  2. When registering for the Program, we collect and process the following personal data:
    • Full Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Mobile Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Country
    • Address
    • Postal Code (ZIP Code)
    • City
    • Region / Area
  3. Access to personal data is granted to the companies within our group and their authorized personnel, within the scope of their responsibilities.
  4. Personal data is collected for the following purposes:
    1. Registration and participation in the LILI LOYALTY Program.
    2. Identification and verification of the member when using the Program in physical stores and the online store.
    3. Linking the member's e-shop account with the LILI LOYALTY Program.
    4. Providing the benefits, offers, and discounts associated with participation in the Program.
    5. Sending newsletters, offers, and promotional communications, provided that the member has given the relevant consent.
  5. Personal data is retained for as long as the member participates in the LILI LOYALTY Program or until the member requests deletion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  6. Members have all rights provided under Articles 12–22 of the GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
