We recommend that you check your parcel immediately upon delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, 9:00–16:00.
On weekends and public holidays, our online store does not carry out shipments and customer service is unavailable.

Shipping & Costs

Orders are shipped via ACS Courier throughout Greece.
For orders of €45 or more, shipping is free.
For orders under €45, the shipping cost is +2,50€
For Cash on Delivery, the additional fee is +1,90€

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated notification email. Please also check your spam folder.

Delivery Times

Within Athens: 1–3 working days

Outside Athens: 1–4 working days

Inaccessible Areas: 1–6 working days

*During periods of high demand or due to special occasions (such as strikes or weather conditions), these times may be extended.
