Carnaby Natural Depilatory Wax Set with Tealight Base brings the traditional method of natural wax hair removal into a practical, easy-to-use home system. The set includes two natural wax cups in metal containers and a specially designed metal base for heating with a tealight candle, allowing controlled application and salon-quality results at home.
Traditional formula with naturally derived ingredients
The wax is formulated with beeswax and natural resins, following the philosophy of authentic depilatory wax made with a 99.8% naturally derived base. Beeswax provides flexibility and the ideal texture, while natural resins ensure strong adhesion to the hair, allowing effective removal from the root and delivering smooth results that can last up to 4 weeks.
Steady heating – Maximum control
The metal tealight base allows gentle, even heating, helping the wax reach and maintain the ideal consistency for precise application. This ensures better control, improved accuracy and minimal residue during use.
Suitable for Face and Body
Ideal mainly for facial areas such as the upper lip and chin, offering precision on smaller zones. It can also be used on underarms, arms, legs, bikini area, as well as chest and back, covering multiple hair removal needs.

For complete post-wax care, combine with Carnaby After Waxing Oil to help remove residue and leave the skin soft and nourished.
1. Place the Carnaby Hot Wax cup inside the spiral base so that it locks in place. You could place some tin foil under the spiral base to catch any wax spillage.
2. Light the candle and place it on a flat surface inside the spiral under the cup and let it heat for about 13 minutes, until the Carnaby Hot Wax has completely melted
CAUTION: avoid touching the metal base with bare hands because the temperature exceeds 90°C
NOTE: no matter how long you let the candle burn, the temperature of the Carnaby Hot Wax remains constant and the material is useable. Aim for honey-like fluidity. If you are in doubt about the temperature, test the wax using a small amount on your palm and be careful not to cause a burn.
3. For best results, clean the application area with alcohol to remove any traces of oil.
4. Using the spatula, apply a thin and even layer of wax to the area you want to depilate following the direction of hair growth.
5. Allow a few seconds for the wax to cool until it forms a crust. Dont let it harden too much or it will crumble.
6. With one hand (if it’s free) stretch your skin and with the other pull the wax in the opposite direction of the hair growth. The movement should be swift and parallel to the skin.
7. If the wax breaks when pulling, it means you let it cool too much on the application area. So, take some more hot wax from the cup with the spatula and spread it on top of the previous layer, dont let it cool as much as before and pull.
8. If the wax isn’t removing any hair or doesnt seem to have stuck to your skin well, it means that it was too cold when you applied it, or that you didnt clean your skin well enough with alcohol. Make sure your skin is clean and reheat the wax in the cup so you can apply it when its warmer and thinner than it was before.
For after-waxing care we recommend Carnaby After Waxing Wipes and Carnaby After Waxing Oil which help remove wax residues, soothe your skin from irritation since they contain Azulene and Visavolol and leave it silky smooth!
Make sure to avoid long sun exposure for a day, because your skin after waxing is more sensitive.
